Amit Kumar Singh is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional and a goal-driven individual with over 80 months of experience in driving sales by providing actionable insights. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Revenue Management at PepsiCo, Amit has a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies for new and old beer packs, ensuring budgeted revenue and margin is achieved, and developing key product metrics. Before joining PepsiCo, Amit worked as the Manager for Revenue Management & Sales Intelligence at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he was responsible for negotiating with area sales managers/directors to drive new prices in the market, analyzing the product position in the market against competition, and creating a KPI tracker on Power-BI to analyze AbInBev and competition data to make faster decisions. He also automated the process to calculate mix and rate for the entire Europe team, saving one FTE for the team. Amit holds a Master of Management degree from IIT Bombay, specializing in Business Administration and Management, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from MNNIT. He also completed an executive education program in Management Consulting from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
